The Celebration Film Fest aims to promote independent films and filmmakers. New this year, the ECFF film committee is putting together a slot of films dedicated to zombie/werewolf/vampire short-films, we are looking for films that are fun and original.

- The Community Beyond UO - Erik Talbert. Part of the UO's "Virtual Tour" website highlighting Eugene
- I Love Scaring the Squares with My Scars and Stares - Daniel Eli Dronsfield. One man's life comprised of high adventures
- Elegy: A Kevin Adams Mystery - Jason Miles Miller. This short is three scenes taken from the life of an everyday detective. Based on the novel by Pacific Northwest author Beau M.K. Prichard.
- BlizzCon: An Event for Fans - Christopher Nguyen. A short documentary on the Blizzcon event
- The Alcoholic Pirate - K. Quinton Anderson. A puppet film about pirates that like to drink.
- Wiley Reads - Stephen Speidel and Gary Elam. Veteran actor Wiley Harker recalls his theater and movie performances and then reads his final role.
- What's Keeping Portland Weird? - Josh McHale. This film showcases a side of Portland you may never have seen before.
- Know Your Stuff! Coffee Rules the World - Wen Lee. A short animation looking at how coffee impacts the entire world.
- *Model Rules - Ray Robison- An aging artist's model fantasizes about one of the men for whom she is modeling. This film contains material which may be objectionable to some audiences. Viewer discretion advised.
- Jamais Vu - John Nicholas Bellville. Super 8mm rolls shot, hand processed, transferred to DV and, finally, edited via Final Cut Pro, over the last four years. Includes music by The Sirs and Honey Vizer! 3
- Have a Ball! - Lee Wolochuk and Damon Wolf. “Have a Ball” is a fun, energetic claymation

- Phobia - Thurston High School, "The Elite" Production Team. A journey into terror!
- Skella Skaters - Crow High School, Hannah Clover and Casey Bingham. A short film about discrimination.
- Zombie Walk - LCC, Riley Webber. A college reporter bravely documents a ferocious zombie outbreak in Eugene Oregon.
- Vents - MLK Education Center, Kyle Stamer. An intense short film about the throes of young adulthood in a juvenile detention setting.
- Tomato Soup - Crow High School, John Sevey and Zoe Livelybrooks. This claymation exposes what really goes into cafeteria food.
- Penciled Percussion - Home Schooled, Daniel Hart. A music themed short film follows a boy as he makes music with his school supplies.
- Safety First - Thurston High School, "Donkey Bandits" Production Team. A humorous sketch delivers a 3 message of "safety first."
- French Kiss 2 - Crow High School, Loren Arthur. Sequel to the smash hit French Kiss.
- If Only - Academy of Arts & Academics, Amy Gadbois and Brenna Strassburg. A video sound montage of the events of September 11th 2001.
